| Blade This part has a constant 10 degree angle cut along the whole top to a sharp edge. We cut this part fully contained in a solid block like a punch. |
| Subinsert This part had multiple setups. Notice the perfectly blended lip around the mid section and the curled 4 - axis edge on the top of the part. |
| Insert pocket Extreme angles are no problem no matter the height. Charmilles machines are not limited on their taper abilitity by part thickness. |
| 45 Degree angle cut This angle was cut while the part was flat in the machine. We had to change some parts on the machine but it is possible. |
| Variable land This part has the same amount of land cut along the cutting edge. The cad given was in 2D so we had to input our own heights for reference points. 3D cad is the preferred form of cad for variable land. |
| Long parts We have the ability to handle big parts |
| Longer parts Multiple setups with a perfect blend are no problem. |
| Four slide Small dies are no problem |
| Core pin We cut the inside hole to accept this pin with a suction fit. |
| Ejector slides These ejectors were put in at an angle. |
| Slide The male and female parts were cut on multiple of these blocks to slide on each other. |
